Sarah’s Core Stability Journey – Week 4
We’re back with Sarah, our active mom of two who’s been on a mission to improve her core strength and posture. This week, she’s continuing her weekly adjustments with Dr. Ryan, faithfully wearing her daily custom orthotics, and lacing up her Foot Levelers Run 3+ orthotics for her runs.
Sarah mentioned that she’s really noticed a difference in her posture during her daily routine. Standing, walking, and even bending over to tie her kids’ shoes all feel smoother. Dr. Ryan introduced her to a few simple core exercises to do at home, and Sarah’s favorite so far is the Bird Dog — it makes her feel more in control of her movements. She is building strength from the ground up.
