We hope you have a safe, joyful, and healthy 4th of July with your loved ones! As summer heats up, it’s the perfect time to keep the conversation going about hydration — especially since water alone isn’t always enough.

When we sweat — whether from heat, workouts, or just daily life — we lose more than water. We lose vital minerals like sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium. These are electrolytes, and they’re essential for muscle function, nerve communication, and hydration at the cellular level.
