As we head into the third week of our focus on core stability, we’re catching up with Sarah, our patient spotlight this month. She’s been continuing her care plan, which includes chiropractic adjustments and targeted core support strategies. We’re excited to share how she’s doing and give you more ways to support your own core this week.

Spine Educational Feature: Core Strength for Movement

Sarah’s been working on retraining how her core activates during daily life. Instead of crunches, she’s learning how to use her core during walks, lifting groceries, running, and even sitting at work. Combined with chiropractic adjustments, she’s already noticing better balance and less tightness after activity.

Supporting her spine through chiropractic care has helped her muscles relax and move more efficiently. This week we’ve added a few posture cues to help her activate her core without overworking it.
