Core Stability and Feet

 

When Sarah came in for her core stability evaluation as part of her exam, we used our Foot Levelers digital scanner to check the foundation of her posture — her feet.

As a runner and mom of two, Sarah thought she was doing fine in that department. But the scan showed clear imbalances. Pronation! These were quietly shifting how her hips and spine were moving during her workouts and daily life.
